What is Don?
Don is an alcohol-free pure-oil musk in a 6 ml roll-on bottle. It is available in Original and Pink. A single bottle is AED 35.
Why can an alcohol-free oil scent remain longer?
Because Don contains no alcohol, evaporation is reduced, helping the scent remain on your skin for longer.
What is the difference between Original and Pink?
They are two different scent choices in the same 6 ml alcohol-free pure-oil roll-on format. Choose according to your preference, or include both in a mixed bundle.
Orders and bundles
Can I mix Original and Pink?
Yes. Choose your bottle quantity on the Don product page, then select your preferred available combination of Original and Pink before adding the mix to your cart.
Will choosing a bundle send me straight to checkout?
No. Your selected mix is added to the cart first, so you can review the combination and order total before continuing.
How can I pay?
Zahra Fragrance currently accepts cash on delivery only. The final amount shown during checkout is paid when your order is delivered.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible at zahra1fragrance@gmail.com. We will try to help before dispatch, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
UAE delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days across the UAE.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is AED 25 for orders below AED 100 and free for orders of AED 100 or more. The applicable amount is shown before you place the order.
My order is outside the expected delivery window. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number, full name, and the phone number used for the order. We will check the available delivery information.
Seven-day returns
What is the return guarantee?
You may request a free return within seven days of delivery.
Can I return an opened bottle?
Yes. The seven-day return guarantee covers opened and unopened bottles.
How do I request a return?
Email zahra1fragrance@gmail.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide the return instructions.
What if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order details. Include a clear photograph if available so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
